So, basically: Sexy cosplayers are only acceptable if they will be mindless objects of male fantasy, god forbid they have their own will and don’t want to be hit on.  Also, I find it kind of hilarious how they keep calling them “CHICKS” in all caps.  Dose mean old CHICKS! CHIIIIIICKS

Ugh, this is why there is a stigma against comics in the US.  Because the average creator and consumer is assumed to be someone like these guys.

I just can’t believe people sometimes. Do they forget how expensive and time consuming cosplaying and going to cons is. There is some real dedication when a con goer takes the time to make an accurate outfit “slutty” or not. No “attention seeking” girl that knows so little about comics would spend at least $100 just for some “geek” fawning. All female con goers have a right to dress how they like and not be questioned on their comic knowledge. You know this is the reason it took me so long to fully get into comics.

I’m tempted to find the facebook post and submit this to the comments.
